The biometrics we collect will be stored by Royal Bank of Scotland and only used by us to make sure it’s you on the Royal Bank of Scotland app.
You can delete your biometrics and the consent to use them at any time. Go to 'Biometric approval' in your Royal Bank of Scotland app settings and delete them there.
If you do choose to delete your biometrics, we will retain the original photo and/or voice recording taken at registration for a period of time after the deletion. The photo and voice recording are not biometric data.
