About biometric approval


The biometrics (face and/or voice) we collect will be stored by NatWest International and only used by us to make sure it’s you on the NatWest International app.

You can delete your biometrics and consent to use them at any time. Go to 'Biometric approval' in your NatWest International app settings and delete them there.

Allowing biometric approval from your NatWest International app helps to:

  • Protect you against fraud
  • Manage your accounts more securely
